The location is super central, just a short walk to the underground station, and there's a cozy common area. Housekeeping did an awesome job keeping everything tidy, and the light breakfast was a nice way to kick off the day.
The noise levels could get a bit bothersome, especially at night from the street and other guests coming in and out.

The room had a nice skylight design.
I was incredibly frustrated by the condition and layout of the place. The entrance door looked worn, and the lack of a visible sign made it difficult to locate. Plus, the constant noise from the other guests coming and going was unbearable, making it difficult for me to relax during my stay.

The stay offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere with attentive staff, making it feel cozy. Cleanliness was top-notch, especially in the shared bathrooms, which were well-maintained despite some occasional noise from guests. The common area is a great spot for relaxation, and the location is fantastic for exploring the city with many local restaurants nearby serving delicious food, including fantastic Italian grilled meat. However, noise levels from the street and other guests were somewhat bothersome, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep at times.

Dude, my stay was like, totally awesome! The staff were super chill and friendly, especially Daniel who gave us fab tips for Sintra! The room was cozy with big windows, and OMG, the location was just perfect—so close to the metro. I’m already dreaming about that view from my balcony. Totally loved it!

We visited the lively Bairro Alto with our kids, who loved exploring the nearby shops. The place was clean, and our room had a great setup. Marconi gave us a warm welcome and even shared tips about local spots for snacks and fun.
My wife says that the noise from other guests was challenging, especially at night.

Perfect for solo travelers
Staff were really helpful and they fed me breakfast right when I got there even though I arrived before check-in. The common area was cozy and I met some great people who made my stay unforgettable.
It wasn’t cheap but definitely acceptable for the experience I had.

The Standard Twin Room with Shared Bathroom was a nice surprise! The bed was extremely comfortable, which is a big plus for me. I loved the skylight—it brought in great natural light. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the common areas felt very welcoming. A shared bathroom can be a gamble, but it was well-maintained here. Just a little noisy from the corridor, especially in the morning. Overall, a solid spot if you value comfort and cleanliness!
